This townhome is perfectly located at the end of Pacific Street in downtown Telluride, offering easy access to some of the area’s most popular spots. Guests can walk to a trendy bar, a wine shop with a great selection, and some favorite local restaurants. The Gondola is just two blocks away, making it simple to catch a scenic ride over to Mountain Village. The main living area combines the living room and kitchen, both filled with natural light from windows overlooking Pacific Street. A gas fireplace anchors the living room, which is furnished with two leather sofas and a cozy recliner. A flat-screen TV and DVD player complete the space. Nearby, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and Cuisinart drip coffee maker, and plenty of granite counter space for meal prep. Guests can enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar with seating for three or gather around the dining table that seats six. The spacious master suite on the upper level provides a peaceful retreat with plenty of sunlight, a vaulted ceiling, and a king-size bed. It includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a private balcony with views of Ajax Peak. The luxurious master bath features dual sinks, a steam shower, and a large jetted tub. Modern, clean, convenient to everything, right next to the Medical Center & Galloping Goose stop (free public bus service). Very nice master sweet upstairs with other bedrooms in basement for kids. Steam shower, bedroom balcony. Didn't care for the TV system, but that's OK. Excellent kitchen more than adequately stocked. Minor toilet problem on main floor. Overall,though, EXCELLENT!
