With a bonus room for one person, the value for this lodging option right in the town of Telluride can't be beat. Bedding: Queen, twin, queen sofa sleeper If you're looking for simple, basic, neat accommodations within walking distance of everything, this Telluride Lodge condo will fit the bill. The entrance to the condo is from the indoor second-floor hallway. The child’s room (a very small bedroom) is on the entry level, with a twin bed. Upstairs a half-flight of stairs is the kitchen and living room with an electric fireplace, a queen sofa sleeper, large flat-screen HDTV and a stereo with CD, and DVD player. Upstairs another eight steps on the third level are the master bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower only, accessible from the hall. This home has views of ski slopes with ski storage in the hallway. Free wireless internet is included in every stay. The Telluride Lodge is located adjacent to the grocery store and just across the river from Lift #7\. The free in-town shuttle has stops on the north and south sides of the property and downtown Telluride is just a short 10-minute walk. AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips! \*Home Truths:\* \- 780 Square Feet \- There is no A/C at this property. \- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Please note that there are two shared hot tubs. One outdoor, and one indoor, that are open between the hours of 10am-10pm. \- This home has access to a communal hot tub. \- Community hot tub is not available during the off-season. \- This home does not have a washer or dryer or access to one. \- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. \- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: Parking for guests is first-come, first-serve at the onsite outdoor lot. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. The unit itself was out dated and is in desperate need of a renovation to update the unit and bring it up to modern standards. The cleaning crew did a poor job prior to our arrival and one of the beds still had dirty sheets on it, there was an insufficient amount of towels in the unit for our listed number of guests (4), the 2nd room which they claim is a "bedroom" is a glorified storage unit closet with a twin bed in it. Not only is there mechanical sounds in that bedroom all night, it also tends to get very warm and is uncomfortable to sleep in. The kitchen's pots and pans provided in the unit were breaking down and their teflon coats were peeling off. I would not recommend this unit to anyone and would feel guilty if I was the owner and attempting to rent it out at the current state/condition of the lodge. ##### David L.
