The location is great, the beds were fine, the water was hot (unfortunately no cold water to drink) but we had our locks changed before checkout time unbeknownst to us. When we tried calling to get let back in our room we got no answer (I still haven’t had a call back 2 days later). We lost out on a good hour of our powder day due to this issue. The common area is comfortable and the breakfast is well-stocked. Depot Avenue is position A in downtown Telluride! We were a block from the gondola, and only blocks from everything in town. The house was functional with a great layout for a group of people. Multiple floors of bedrooms, and the main floor kitchen, dining, and living room worked well for us. The house itself was in only OK shape. The whirlpool tub did not function correctly (heated but no working jets-unable to fix) the main floor bath shower drain did not drain well-unable to be fixed. Several (3) dining chairs had loose or broken legs-I tightened those that could be fixed. The gas grill had no propane when we arrived, and had to call for replacement.
