We especially liked the layout of the beds in the second bedroom: great for kids. Also loved the hot tub. The checkin policy is unnecessarily dogmatic. Our travel got us there 30 minutes prior to checkin time. I asked for an early checkin, but was denied. We did arrive 30 minutes early and sat in the parking lot. No one entered or exited. We went in right at four. A five star management company would go to the small trouble of checking with the cleaning staff. If they’re already done (as they were in this case), say “yes, no problem”. This obviously makes for a much more positive customer experience. ##### John O. However working with Vacasa has been horrendous. The unit was double booked and someone tried entering our unit on the 2nd night and woke our family and scared my kids. The nice woman showed me her confirmation. Vacasa acted like it was not a big deal and then stopped responding to me.We were then given a new code which was wrong and were locked out and had to call back in again and they asked why I did not have the right code. The hot tub was not working and we were not told. Seriously, this was the worst experience we have had traveling anywhere in the world. ##### Andrew B.
