Welcome to Etta Place 6, an AvantStay home! This one-bedroom condo has upgraded finishes and homey touches - and all just steps from the ski lifts! Located on the first floor a few steps up from the snow, guests enter this condo from the hallway into an open living area. The living room has wall-to-wall windows with access to the back porch with amazing views of Ajax Peak and the ski lifts. There is also a large flatscreen TV, Roku, modern tiled electric fireplace for ambiance and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is adjacent to the living space and has four seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and basic spices. Down the hall is the bathroom, which has a single vanity and a modern remodeled step-in shower. The bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and has a California King bed, flat-screen TV, and a closet. Guests can also enjoy the communal hot tub located in the shared space between the condos. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes, take in the mountain air, and relax tired muscles while soaking in the scenery. From the Etta Place complex, you can easily walk to historic downtown Telluride, just five blocks away. Access to the trails on the Valley Floor. Ski-in/ski-out access is available when Lift #7 is open. The chairlift is located right next to the property, making it easy to ski in and out during the season and enjoy quick access to the mountain. AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips! \*Home Truths:\* \- You will be required to climb stairs to enter this home. \- The complex has a common coin-operated laundry room. \- There is no A/C at this property. \- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- There is a bike rack outside the building that guests are welcome to use. \- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. \- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: Parking is available for 1 car across the street from Etta Place at the Shandoka Parking Lot. This is a first-come, first-served lot. Vehicles can be registered for parking after check-in. A pack n' play travel crib, and a high chair are available upon request. \--- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Sleeper sofa \--- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. There were no hand towels or wash clothes and took two days to get some after two requests. Community hot tub was dirty with only half the jets working. Box fan in the unit was broken and comforter had large unidentified stains as well on couch in main living area. Bed frame in master BR had sharp wood edges sticking out, which we hit our shins on regularly. Access to the town shuttle was convenient and we could walk to some locations. I expected nicer accommodations for what we paid per night. I will stay at one of the higher end hotels in town next time close to the Gondola. ##### Geoff T. Very good location, close to town and the gondola while being in a somewhat more quiet side street right as you enter town. It offered a bedroom, livingroom, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. AvantStay did a great job managing the property, and answering questions. You can tell the owners have thought a lot about what it takes to be comfortable in Telluride; they offer small touches from a humidifier to an instapot. The large TV and the gas fireplace in the living room were especially great. My one complaint was the bed. The mattress is small and there is a weird bed frame that sticks out several inches beyond it in all directions, obscured by the blankets, with pointed hardwood corners. Prepare to stub your toe and bash your shins. My husband and I both had painful issues throughout our stay. But overall, would highly recommend this property. ##### Liz A. My partner and I had a great time at Etta #6\. The location was perfect both for sking and town activities, the check in process was easy and the condo was clean, nicely equipped and comfortable. There is a lack of closet space however for putting suitcases and ski bags away but we utilized the garage ski lockers and kept the skis outside. This is a very comfortable space for 2 anymore than that it could get cramped but overall we had a great time and would absolutley stay here again! ##### Kelly H. We mostly came here for the skiing and it was the perfect ski in/ski out location. The kitchen and living room were cozy, bathroom was modern and clean, and the bed was very cozy with options to add blankets and everything.
