This one-bedroom condo is snug against the base of the ski hill, offering ski-in/ski-out convenience with stunning views of the valley. Guests enter this home on the ground level of the Etta Place One complex. Upon entering the condo, guests are welcomed into an open living room with a queen sofa sleeper, flatscreen TV. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has everything needed to make a complete meal. The bedroom is located down the hallway and has a queen bed. The bathroom is located in the hallway and has a large step-in shower with a glass enclosure and a spacious vanity. Guests can also enjoy the communal hot tub located in the shared space between the condos. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes, take in the mountain air, and relax tired muscles while soaking in the scenery. From the Etta Place complex, you can easily walk to historic downtown Telluride, just five blocks away. Access to the trails on the Valley Floor and skiing/snowboarding via Lift #7 are right out your door. AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips! \*Home Truths:\* \- The complex has a common coin-operated laundry room. \- There is no A/C at this property. \- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- There is a bike rack outside the building that guests are welcome to use. \- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. \- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: Parking is available for 1 car across the street from Etta Place at the Shandoka Parking Lot. This is a first-come, first-served lot. Vehicles can be registered for parking after check-in. \--- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen bed Sleeper sofa \--- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. Unit was clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Host was welcoming but unresponsive when a shower drainage issue was brought up. There are a few minor things that could use some attention including the shower drainage. Location is great and a nice walk to Main Street. Right on the ski slope!! In info we received it stated "hot tub will be shoveled after every storm". Why shovel a nonfunctioning hot tub? The check in process would have received a perfect score except nowhere did we see that you were suppose to enter the unit from an inside hall, unit two next door had the cypher lock on the outside, very confusing. The Advant folks were great and helped us figure out how to get in. After those two hiccups everything was great except the mattress which was SUPER soft and when two people laid in it, you felt like you were rolled up in a burrito! The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable.
