BUNK BEDROOM The second bedroom is a bunk room with four twin beds, a closet, and ample storage, conveniently located across from the family bathroom with a soaking tub and overhead shower. Upstairs, the second floor opens to a bright and spacious modern kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar, and dining area, alongside a second lounge with seating and TV. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level. SECOND MASTER BEDROOM The second master suite includes a queen bed, a walk-in closet, a Juliet balcony, and an en suite shower room. UPSTAIRS BEDROOM Another queen bedroom offers closet space, with a full bathroom across the hallway featuring a large shower. Accordion doors in the dining area open onto a private outdoor living space with bar seating and a gas grill, overlooking the 12,785-ft. Ajax Peak. PARKING Parking for two vehicles is available in the garage below the condo, with lockable ski and snowboard storage - ideal for those looking for Telluride rentals near the gondola or easy slope access. A W-Zone parking pass for street parking is also available if needed. This home was in the perfect location. No rental car needed.... you are right in the heart of downtown telluride and can walk to the grocery store, liquor store, dispensary, bars, restaurants, anything you need. The gondola is only a few blocks walk also, and there's a convenient path right behind the condo that leads you out to the road to get to the gondola. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Property manager John was wonderful to work with, very helpful, and always responded quickly.
