(463 reviews) Nice big and clean rooms with fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom with with a bathtub. Great view of the city from the window. The person I at the front desk was not very helpful with anything extra (pillow, towel). There is no AC, just a small fan. Had to leave the window open and run the fan all night. You are required to clean the room and take out your own trash. Location is the main problem. It is at the top of the hill, so anywhere you want to walk to is steep downhill/uphill coming back. No restaurants or breakfast places close by. The hotel does offer breakfast for 12 euros. There is parking, but no lines for cars to park in between, so there is a lot of wasted space, and not enough parking. We had to park on the handicap spot! (465 reviews) The location is very convenient, especially for catching the train. Some of the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few challenges during our stay. The room and hallway had an unpleasant odor, as if there might have been a drainage issue. Our shower door didn’t close properly, so we had to use towels to catch the water. At check-in, we were reminded not to adjust the HVAC ourselves, which felt a little unusual. We also experienced a delay at the front desk while the receptionist was handling another call. Breakfast could have been better—though they asked what time to expect us, the selection was already quite limited when we arrived, and it felt a bit picked over. Overall, while there were some positives, we probably wouldn’t choose this property again and would look for another option in the area.
