"Réservation faite un mois à l'avance pour recevoir un appel le matin même informant qu'il était surbooké et que je devais aller à un autre hôtel moins bien noté et sans parking. L'autre hotel m'a dit que je pouvais me garer au parking de l'hotel Best Western et quand je suis arrivé, l'hotel Best Western m'a fait payer 15 euros en me disant : "it is what it is". "
