"Moi j'ai découvert la station en été début septembre pour être précis. Attention la station ferme à partir du 28 août, cela n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce. "Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. "Appartement très bien situé, en plein cœur de la station de Val Thorens. Le couchage est vraiment pratique pour un séjour avec deux enfants.En revanche, le ménage était très léger : il y avait beaucoup de poussière partout (télévision, appareil à raclette, meubles, etc.). La vue est sympa, mais un immeuble est en chantier juste en face, ce qui engendre pas mal de bruit. La terrasse mériterait aussi quelques travaux car elle fait un peu à l'abandon, avec des bouts de verre déposés sur le côté et des palplanches.Malgré ces désagréments, dans l'ensemble et au vu du tarif proposé, nous avons passé un bon séjour.Très bonne communication avec la personne."

"Location is perfect - ski in ski out, steps to everything in the village. Our room was a littel small but then again, we booked the cheapest room in the hotel. I'm sure there are upgrades available for a little more $$. Great terrace/restaurant overlooking the mountain. Room for improvement on the bathroom size and tv with screen mirrorinng option would be nice if you don't speak french well enough to follow French tv. BUT we didnt spend much time in our room so it wasn't big deal. Would stay there again."

"I found the check in instructions were only released that morning of travelling , which is a little stressful when taking airports, transfers etc into consideration .A minimum of 48 hrs should be provided .Pascale always replied quickly but I wasn’t sure who was responsible for the appartment .Good location , newly refurbished .Would have liked soap in both bathrooms and bare essentials like salt, pepper, coffee in kitchen ."

"Het huis ligt op slechts 100 meter lopen van de cabine, heeft veel ruimte en genoeg slaap plaatsen. Het is een aanrader.De stoelen in de woonkamer zijn aan vervanging toe (we hoorden dat dit in 2026 gedaan wordt) en 1 bed boven kraakt erg.Brood halen kan in het iets hoger gelegen dorp in een klein winkeltje, je moet wel de dag ervoor bestellen. Dat is iedere ochtend een stevige wandeling van 10 min heen en 10 terug. Een grotere winkel is in het volgende dorp.Parkeren kan 300 meter voorbij het huis gratis langs de weg, hier zijn een stuk of 20 plekken en voor ons was hier iedere dag plek. Net voorbij het huis zijn ook 6 plaatsen, maar die waren bij ons al bezet. Parkeren kan ook bij de cabine, maar dat kost 8,5 euro per dag. (tarief 25/26)Het ski hok is ook erg groot met voldoende ruimte.Enige nadeel van Orelle is dat als het hard waait de verbindings liften naar Val Thorens dicht zijn en je dan maar 1 stoeltjeslift hebt met 2 afdalingen. Dat was de week voordat wij er waren 1,5 dag en de week toen we weer weg waren ook 2 dagen. Wij hebben geluk gehad met 7 dagen zon en alles was open."
