Luxury apartment in Bat-Yam, 3 min walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. 8 km from Tel-Aviv The apartment includes 2 big bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and a private bathroom and the second with double bed (2 seperate mattresses) and private bathroom. \* Additional mattress on request \* Private parking \* Electricity fee included \* Free Wi-Fi The Space: The apartment is 3 min walk from the beaches of Bat Yam, from the promenade, bars and restaurants. 10 min by car from Tel-Aviv. The Apartment is a walkind distance from bus stops to many routes to Tel Aviv. Banks, post office, currency exchanges, supermarkets, shops, hairdressers, fruit shops, bakery - all is just 1-5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with appliances, 90sqm. Placed on the 2nd floor, equipped with an elevator.
