O&O Group The Space: The 120 m apartment offers a luxurious experience for all types of visitors. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a large living room and balcony. The apartment is 3 min walk from the beaches of Bat Yam, from the promenade, bars and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen and dinning table for your dinning pleasure. Other benefits: \- 10 min by car from Tel-Aviv. \- Located within walking distance from bus stops to many routes to Tel Aviv. Banks, post office, currency exchanges, supermarkets, shops, hairdressers, fruit shops, bakery - all is just 1-5 min walk from the apartment. \- High Designing standards. \- Free parking \- Features strong Wi-Fi. Guest Access: The whole apartment and the tower's GYM. The Neighborhood: The apartment is in a new neighborhood called: "Park Ha Yam".
