Just a few steps away from the beach, located at the corner of Frishman & Ben Yehuda streets. This bright 1BR apartment is compact and modern. Because it has a comfortable living area and 2 bathrooms, it can perfectly accommodate a couple, a small group or family on holiday. Our guests can benefit from a free parking space and the building has an elevator. THE SPACE Living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed and equipped with a 43 inches flat screen TV. Open plan fully equipped kitchen with a bar that can sit 3 people. Dining area with a table for up to 4 people. Bedroom with a kind size bed, full height closet and en suite full bathroom with walk in shower. Extra full bathroom with walk in shower. In case of emergency the SHELTER is on the ground floor of the building. INCLUDED AMENITIES \- AC/heat unit in every area. \- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest. \- Washing machine and drying rack in the apartment. \- Iron and board. \- Hi speed Wifi (fiber optic). \- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. \- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. PASSPORT AND VAT \- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment. \- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price. \- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats. \- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT. \- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property. \- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment is tucked away on a quiet street and a few steps from the beach and the Tayelet - Tel Aviv Promenade that stretches along the Mediterranean, from the magical stone alleys of ancient Jaffa in the South to the contemporary coastal restaurants, beach bars, and boutiques of the new port in the North. We are located right in the center of all the action! With Tel Aviv’s business center, beaches, shopping and vibrant nightlife all situated close by, the hotel offers you the perfect location to enjoy all that this outstanding city has to offer, with the minimum of planning. GETTING AROUND You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Dizengoff street. There are countless buses running from Dizengoff and Kind George streets which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
