The Space:  
  
The Eucalyptus House is an architectural masterpiece with a total area of 400 square meters, which includes 5 great sized bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms. As you enter, you'll find yourself in a bright and spacious living room that is flooded with natural light. The living room features sleek contemporary furniture, beautiful decor, and large windows that open out to the private garden, allowing the outdoors to flow seamlessly into the interior.  
  
The living room is connected to the dining room, which features a large table and chairs that can comfortably seat up to 10 guests. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal with family and friends, while taking in the beautiful views of the garden.  
  
The house is organised over three floors, with living spaces on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the two storeys above. These floor levels are staggered, to work with a slight level change across the site. The interior design of the house is characterized by clean lines, minimalism, and a beautiful combination of natural materials such as concrete, wood, and metal.  
  
One of the main features of the house is the beautiful eucalyptus tree in the private garden, which is believed to be one of the oldest eucalyptus trees in the area. The house is built around the tree, and you can see the trunk and foliage from several different rooms.  
  
The house is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a private rooftop with a wonderful outdoor dining area. With so much space and luxurious amenities, this home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for an unforgettable stay in the heart of Tel Aviv.

The Neighborhood:  
  
Neve Tzedek is one of the most charming and picturesque neighborhoods in Tel Aviv, known for its narrow streets lined with pastel-colored buildings and historic architecture. It is located just south of the bustling Carmel Market and adjacent to the trendy Florentine neighborhood.  
  
Neve Tzedek was the first neighborhood built outside of the ancient port city of Jaffa, established in the late 1800s by a group of Jewish immigrants. The name "Neve Tzedek" means "Oasis of Justice" and was inspired by the biblical phrase "And I will betroth you to me in righteousness and in justice and in loving-kindness and in compassion."  
  
Today, Neve Tzedek is home to an eclectic mix of boutique shops, trendy cafes, art galleries, and high-end restaurants. It's also a cultural hub, hosting events such as the Tel Aviv International Dance Festival and the Suzanne Dellal Center for Dance and Theater.  
  
Despite its trendy and vibrant atmosphere, Neve Tzedek has managed to preserve its unique character and historic charm, making it a sought-after destination for both locals and tourists alike.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Getting around this neighborhood is very easy as many popular attractions are within walking distance. However, please note that there is no private parking available with this unit. Guests may park their car on the street, but it is recommended to explore the area on foot. Many restaurants, cafes, and shops are just a short walk away, as well as popular destinations such as the Carmel Market, Rothschild Boulevard, and the beaches of Tel Aviv. If you do need to travel farther, there are several public transportation options nearby, including buses and taxis. Our team is always happy to assist with any questions about getting around the city.
