✔️ The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a water bar for fresh drinking water at any time. A 4-seat dining table with nearby power outlets makes it ideal for remote work or meals.  
✔️ The living room features a comfortable sofa, a lounge chair, and a large 65" 4K smart TV with a streaming device.  
✔️ Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the refreshing breeze and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the tranquil surroundings.  
✔️ A full guest bathroom is available for added convenience.  
✔️ The master bedroom includes an ensuite full bathroom and a 4K smart TV with a streaming device for your entertainment.

The Neighborhood:  
The apartment is right by the beautiful Acadia Beach (adjacent to Dan Accadia Hotel)! Great restaurants, cafés, and Herzliya's marina and shopping center are within walking distance. A 5-10 minute drive will take you to shopping malls, the marina, and Herzliya's train station, and in 20-25 minutes you're in Tel-Aviv's center. This area is one of Israel's most prestigious and sought-after locations, called Herzliya Pituah, where you enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying close to the center of attention.  
  
Getting Around:  
The apartment offers a private parking spot in the building's underground lot, a rare convenience for beachfront properties in Israel. Paid street parking and nearby parking lots are also available. Bus stations, just a 5-8 minute walk away, provide easy access to lines heading to Herzliya's train station in about 15 minutes.

1️⃣ Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 18% VAT, not included in the listed price. Tourists (who do not hold an Israeli passport) must submit their valid B2 Stay Permit issued at passport control at the airport to be exempt from VAT. 2️⃣ Swimming pool closes for the season on October 15, 2025. Swimming pool availability is subject to the decisions of the building's management; therefore, exact opening and closing dates may vary based on their decisions and the weather.
