Welcome to our charming apartment ideally located in the authentic Yemeni district of Kerem Hatemanim, a few steps from the beach. This 70 m² apartment is in a recent three-storey building. It has a large, spacious and bright living room, two master suites with adjoining bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as two large terraces offering a view of the surrounding neighborhood. This apartment is ideal for exploring Tel Aviv and the town of Yafo, known for its art galleries and craft markets.  
  
  
  
The Space:  
  
The apartment includes a large, spacious and bright living room with a sofa bed, two master suites with adjoining bedrooms and bathrooms, AC in each bedroom as well as two large terraces offering a view of the surrounding neighborhood. It also offers private parking for your vehicle (suitable for small cars only, not SUVs), ensuring peace of mind during your stay. There are surveillance cameras in the building to ensure your safety.
