Very close to the Costa Teguise, located east of Lanzarote, near the island capital and only 10/15 minutes by car from the airport. It has all kinds of facilities in terms of accommodation and leisure. Costa Teguise is one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Lanzarote thanks to its accommodation offer, its beaches, services and the tranquility that is breathed in this area. This is undoubtedly one of the favorite destinations for families visiting Lanzarote. One of the great attractions of Costa Teguise is its sporting offer that ranges from the most varied maritime activities to a golf course and a water park. You will find several windsurfing schools and scuba diving schools along Playa de las Cucharas and Avenida del Jablillo. The sporting and cultural events held in Costa Teguise have been multiplying in recent years. Noteworthy is the celebration of one of the tests of the PWA Windsurf World Championship in Las Cucharas Beach in June, the Costa de Músicas festival in September, the Brazilian music festival in June, among others. But without doubt the greatest charm of Costa Teguise are its beaches. The beach of Las Cucharas is much appreciated by windsurfers, while Bastián beach is ideal for families with children, as it is easily accessible and protected from the wind. It is also worth mentioning the Jablillo beach, with fine white sand and smaller dimensions than the previous ones. If you visit Costa Teguise you should not miss the Pueblo Marinero, a complex of typical Canarian architecture designed by the artist César Manrique. You will find restaurants, pubs and shops, as well as a street market that takes place every Friday from 7pm. Very close to the thematic water park and the golf course. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, BBQ area was fab, pool an added bonus however maybe water could have been a little warmer. Although slightly out of town we actually loved the location. 10mins from Playa Bastian beach from there was a nice walk into Costa Teguise, if needed 3euros in a taxi back to Villa. Had a beautiful meal in Italian opposite Villa . We would certainly recommend and would definitely consider a return visit ##### Karen D. Located 10 mins from the beach in a quiet street, the villa is very private has plenty of room for six guests. The outside area has plenty of room to sunbathe with a deep pool for cooling off and a large area to eat under cover. The inside has so many areas to sit, and is well equipped with everything you need. There was water, beers, soft drinks, tea bags, coffee pods, toilet rolls, shower gel already there which was a lovely touch. We had one problem during our stay and Ana Iris personally came over to help, and it was quickly fixed. This villa is truly amazing and everything about it. Séjour de 21 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Lesley C. 30 juin 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Large villa in a good location Very spacious villa - much bigger than it looks in the photos. Very clean and a lovely pool. It was deep but the kids are confident swimmers and loved it. Great location - quiet and private but still only about 10 minutes wak from the nearest shops/cafes and 15 to 20 minutes walk from the beach where there are lots more restaurants. Good, prompt communication with the host. Lots of small touches like plenty of toilet paper, inflatables and toys for the pool and tetley tea bags provided. The main bedroom is absolutely spectacular. Plenty of room with many areas within the property. The outside space with the pool is huge and has plenty of room for sunbathing. The villa is a short walk from the Playia Bastián area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Also not too far a walk to the main town. The villa was beautiful - well maintained , super clean, completely private in a quiet residential location. The owners were responsive and super helpful. The villa was far larger than it appeared on photographs and the pool a good size to swim in. Durch die hohe Mauer um die Terrasse ist man Pool ungestört. Leider muss man den Pool fast täglich selber reinigen, da der Poolsauger keinen eigenen Antrieb hat.Jederzeit wieder! ##### Florian G. We had such a wonderful stay, even though everywhere was within walking distance we did get a taxi into the main restaurant area each nice which were easy to arrange and always <5€. A simply wonderful property with plenty of space and very well equipped. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic as was the master bedroom. Short walking distance to local shops and restuarants with plenty of choice for both. Replies from the host were quick and we were made to feel very welcome. Only thing to be aware of is that the pool is deep so anyone booking with young children will need to keep an eye on them. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. ##### John B.
