All year round, this home will welcome you with open arms, with air-conditioning from the heat pump and a closed fireplace keeping the temperature and the cosy ambience just right. Experience the spacious indoor area spaces with plenty of natural light coming in through sliding doors - perfect for those warm summer days.  
  
Enjoy the sun outside on the patio, dine al-fresco style and why not cook up a barbecue feast for everyone? Sleeping comfortably up to six guests across three queens and sofa bed, the home is great for families or friends looking to spend quality time time together.  
  
Other mod cons include Wifi, board games, books, children toys and a stereo all hooked up alongside a TV.  
  
Located in Central Te Anau, Fiordland Getaway is just a 15-minute walk away from the town’s shops, restaurants, supermarkets and is a great base from which to embark on adventures to places such as Milford Sound or Doubtful Sound. Play some golf in the local club, go hiking on the Kepler Track trail or go for a bike ride along the beautiful Waiau River.  
  
Te Anau has something for everyone to do and what better way to enjoy this place than from Fiordland Getaway!

#### Pleasant stay

A nice house, fairly new and fresh. Reasonably equipped kitchen. More information on how to work the tv system would have been handy. An easy walk to the lake front but far enough away from hustle and bustle of town centre. Sadly the lawns had not been mown which did make it look a little untidy outside. Spouting overflows in the rain. East side of house and west side.
