"Design and condition of this hostel, run by Russians, is really nice, rather hotel than hostel level. BUT... There was a major problem with check in, staff insisted that they couldn't see our reseration, what was fully prepaid. After a one hour struggle and Hotels.com intervention we finally checked in.
