"Riad Fes did everything to make my birthday special. Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. "He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."

"Najia was very caring and welcoming. On the first night i missed the restaurants earlier closing time because of the Ramadan and they invited me to eat with them dinner. That was very kind. "

"The Riad is de orated like a museum with traditional Moroccan furniture, architecture ! Their biggest asset is their caring kind and very accommodating staff ! The breakfast is extensive and loaded with local Moroccan cuisine , goat cheese, natural butter , all sort of fresh baked breads and jam and honey , and naturally good Moroccan coffee and mint tea- all served at the enclosed in glass rooftop ! The rooms are something out of cinematic Arabian movies ! We can’t say enough about the kind staff - Ebtesaman, Hameed and Ayman! This place is highly recommended and a must for first time visitor to Fes!"

"Riad Fes did everything to make my birthday special. Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the location is great, and the whole experience felt special. Would happily revisit Fes for a special occassion in future, it will hold a special place in our hearts"

"If we could give Riad Baraka 10 stars, we would. The Riad is lovely with an authentic Moroccan feel. The staff Mr. Said Samir, Mrs.Tuliar and all the others made us feel welcome and at home. The room was clean and comfortable, the location ideal. The optional dinners were outstanding, prepared fresh and with care. We highly recommend staying at Riad Baraka and dining in the beautiful courtyard!! "
