"We had been looking forward to our weekly stay in Scotland for almost 3 years. Sadly, the villa did not meet our high expectations. First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. There are 10 bedrooms inside the main house and 8 cottages in the courtyard. Ten of them are king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. "We wanted a short break in a quiet location with the capacity to accomodate our small dog. This property had a nice enclosed garden, was convenient for local towns and also the coast. It fitted the bill perfectly."

"Perfect place to get away and recharge. Fern lodge offers everything you need for a countryside getaway. Comfy beds and pillows. Spotlessly clean with nice furnishings. Nice views to a large pond with local wildlife to keep you company. The wheelchair access was a bonus giving our son more independence. Thanks to Donna for excellent communication."
