The member of staff on the front desk was so helpful when we arrived at 1am. Our room had been upgraded and we were helped with the valet parking for our car. We loved the pool. Amazing! Breakfast was really great and we spoke to one of the chefs Paulo ( I think) who talked us through how to poach such a great egg. Our room was so nice and I was grateful to have a bathtub which I had requested. All the help and hotel amenities was to a very high standard.
