Spice drawer is FULL, cooking utensils, silverware, extra pots/pans, wine & cocktail glasses, cocktail making set, blender, juicer, deep fryer, toaster, baking trays, serving platters, grilling utensils, garbage bags, paper towels, aluminum foil/wrap, Ziplocs, Tupperware, serving platters, 50+ variety coffee + tea bar w/sweeteners and so much more!
You can also enjoy your meals at the dining table or outside on the patio. The backyard is a private oasis with a BBQ grill, seating area, and a large fenced-in yard for pets and kids to play.
Step out back to the brand-new outdoor deck and awe in forest & wildlife views. Our home is located near a bird sanctuary, and we frequently see and hear a variety of bird species right in our backyard.
The 6 private bedrooms with 10 total beds are comfortable and provide a peaceful retreat for all at the end of the day's adventure. All bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with toiletries and makeup towelettes.
This home is conveniently located near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping, making it the perfect home base for your vacation.

We do not allow smoking in our home. If we find evidence of smoking, you will be charged a large fine. All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.

HOUSE OPERATION This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
All appliance manuals are located on the top of the fridge or the drawer to the left of the fridge. Please reference our house manual in the binder in the kitchen during your stay.
The TVs are Smart TVs. You can use and log into any app you'd like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable using the YouTube TV app (not the YouTube app).
We offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches.
This is a no-smoking property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a significantly fee if you smoke in the property.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor. Please do not trespass on our neighbors lawns for any reason.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased online.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair. The downstairs fans have a summer and winter rotation to lift air up or keep heat down. Feel free to adjust this with the remote as needed.
TRASH Trash pickup is every Thursday. We will move the cans to the road for pickup for you not to worry. It would be a huge help if you brought your excess trash out to the trash bins, thank you.
PET RULES You must receive owner approval before bringing pets to the property and have paid required pet fee prior to arrival. You must receive owner approval to have more than 2 pets on the property. Please do not let pets on the furniture inside or outside of the house. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fine. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. Feel free to leave your dog off the lease around the house, but please be mindful to not let into the neighbors yard and keep them on a leash when walking through the nearby neighborhood.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. You will be charged a fine for staying past checkout if not communicated.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS We would appreciate if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated: --start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher --place all trash in outside trash bins --place each bed set of used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets in a black trash bag for us to send to laundry service

Amazing cozy stay!
This VRBO knocked it out of the park. It is WAY bigger than it looks too - more than enough space for movie and game nights with 11 girls! Downtown is about 15-20 minutes and grocery stores were less than 5 minutes away so very convenient location. Only downside was owners weren't super responsive about certain things but still sent out messages that seem automated. Other than that though the hosts typically were very responsive!

My family and I stayed here for our Fourth of July holiday and had extended family join and the host was so kind to let us gather at their home. This home was wonderful for our small family and to host so much to do and had everything for us. The biggest thing that stood out with the house completely stocked for us there is nothing they didn’t have and it was above and beyond!

Graduation Celebration
We chose this property due to its size, location, and proximity to Furman University. It was the perfect place for our family and close friends to gather together amidst the various graduation events going on downtown and on campus. The kitchen and living area upstairs are all beautifully updated, spacious, welcoming, and comfortable.

Girls weekend
This was a reunion of aunts, sisters, cousins, daughters, nieces, granddaughters. The house was just perfect for us. Plenty of room for us to spread out. The property is private, yet has access to a walking area that leads into a neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked and even included coffee, tea, and a few snacks. Plenty of activities to keep us occupied. Great location with an easy drive to Greenville and Travelers Rest. The owners were incredibly responsive to the questions I had before and during our stay. Absolutely recommend!

Nice, clean house. Lots of space and room to hang out as a group. Owners very responsive and helpful with local places to go. Close to town, great location. Would definitely stay there again.
