A modern oasis, this 3-bedroom home sparkles with vibrant emerald green and cool blue tones. Showcasing a unique and light-filled aesthetic, its location is prime, with key Greenville attractions just a 20-minute drive away including Downtown Greenville, Greer, and TR. Experience refined Upstate living in style. Located in the heart of Taylors on Greenville's Eastside, Taylor's Grove West captures attention with its modern design, enriched by shades of emerald green and calming blues. Its distinct aesthetic radiates an atmosphere of lightness and tranquility. As you arrive, a driveway ensures easy parking. Stepping inside, a bright living space unfolds where you can relax on the sofa, stay connected with high-speed WiFi, and indulge in your favorite streaming shows on the TV (note: cable not provided). The kitchen showcases modernity with its stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Whether you're cooking up a feast or preparing a quick snack, the space is well-equipped to meet your culinary needs. Dine with companions at the table, seating four, or opt for a casual meal at the kitchen island, which accommodates two. For moments of serenity, the patio, complete with seating for two, beckons for morning coffees or sunset reflections. Ascend to the upper level to find three tastefully designed bedrooms. The primary suite, complete with a King bed and TV (no cable), benefits from an en suite bathroom housing a sleek stall shower. The second bedroom, adorned with a cozy queen bed, and the third, with a full bed and a dedicated workspace, can access a hall bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combination. We are always just a message away, but seek to let our guests enjoy their stay unless we are needed. Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container). Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine. We were very grateful that we had a late checkout request ok’d at the last minute, which resulted in us getting a puppy from the guy who lived behind the house.
