Bright and airy apartment, fully equipped kitchen ready to awaken anyone's inner chef. With direct access to a sunny balcony, equipped with a barbecue and a cozy dining table, it's the ideal spot to enjoy meals.   
  
Spacious living room is the perfect focal point for unwinding after a day of adventures. Equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort in all seasons, furnished with a television, dining table for six, and a sofa.   
  
Apartment with three carefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own touch of comfort. One of the bedrooms is en-suite, with a double bed and a private bathroom complete with a shower base. The room also has a small balcony.   
  
Two other bedrooms, both with two single beds, providing flexibility for families or groups of friends traveling together. Both rooms with spacious wardrobes and air conditioning to ensure restful nights even on the warmest days.

Terrace/Balcony: Features 1 table and chairs and a small barbecue/grill. Terrace on the top of the building with views of the mountains, sea, and city.   
  
Bathroom: All existing sanitary ware is new. It is equipped with a bathtub, hairdryer, shower with hydro-massage column, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. Bath towels are provided.   
  
Access: Apartment located on the top floor (third floor), access by elevator or stairs.   
  
Parking: Includes one private parking space, outside the property there are public parking spaces (free).
