Additionally, 1) All mattresses were super uncomfortable (soft and wore from usage); 2) master bathroom tub as clogged and shower pressure was super low in addition to a wasp nest (with wasps) in the balcony. It took 3 days (phone call, text message and a personal visit to the office) for maintenance to be sent to fix and 3) only one elevator that stopped working for the last 3 nights of our stay. We were on the 4th floor which meant bring down by stairs all the luggage at check out time. Tried calling the 24/7 guest services line and left several voicemails for assistance. Two of my guests had nowhere to sleep. The fire sprinkler systems had a collection of dust. There was not an enough dishes for a party of six. The water pressure was low. We were able to move to a second room for the second night stay. The sofa bed worked, however, had uncleaned blankets and sheets left on the bed.
