You can sit out back on the dock and relax next to the water. The home was comfortable although there were not a full compliment of toiletries provided (shampoo, shower soap, etc) and the beds were memory foam. We would have preferred a more firm mattress, but that is personal preference. The directions within the listing did not take us to the house unfortunately. Thankfully the house address was available. They did accommodate an earlier check-in and the host was reaponsive and helpful. I suggest sharing with your listing that this is a renovated mobile home and it does have steps up and down to different areas: laundry & bathroom, screen porch and entry tv/sunroom. The hallway to the bedrooms is quite narrow. The neighborhood is quiet, nice enough, but a mix of mobile and stick built homes. We enjoyed watching the occasional gator swim by in the canal out back.
