A popular area just moments away from Blake Park, Mixture Café and a short stroll to downtown shops and the Mounts beaches. This is the perfect pick for families and friends. A cosy bedroom with courtyard and en-suite on the ground floor. A sunny kitchen, living and dining on the middle floor complete with balcony and Mouao views and powder room. The top floor has two further bedrooms with spacious bathroom. The Space: Our Sunny Modern Townhouse features A cosy ground floor bedroom which has a queen size bed with en-suite and private courtyard. On this floor you'll find the laundry with washing machine and dryer. On the sunny middle level, you’ll find a decent size kitchen & living area with lovely views towards Mauao from the north facing balcony. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy a meal and a drink. On cooler nights turn on the heat pump. There is also a handy powder room here. The top floor has the second bedroom with a large single bed and the third bedroom with a king size bed. The spacious shared shower room is here. Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep, a relaxing BBQ on the balcony……..Whatever brings you to the Mount this is a great location, park up and go out and explore. Walk to downtown and the beach in less than ten minutes. New World supermarket and Central Parade shops are a few minutes’ drive away. The award-winning Fife Lane restaurant and popular Central Deli are here along with a Thai takeaway. Located in the fabulous Bay of Plenty, Mount Maunganui is famous for its endless white sand beach, year-round surf, Pilot Bay Harbour and beautiful Mauao. At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Everyone has the option of taking a leisurely stroll around the flat base. The more adventurous will have fun reaching the top and be rewarded with the spectacular 360-degree views. Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables…….Pick up a treat or souvenir from one of the locally owned boutiques, enjoy an ice cream or coffee, browse one of the weekly markets or soak yourself in one of the salt water hot pools or treat yourself to a papering session at one of the spas. Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking. Picnic on the grassy shore & watch the fishermen launch their boats and cargo ships come and go. Head to main beach where new surfers can grab a lesson and watch the more experienced catch a wave or two. If the wind is up the kite surfers will be out in force. Or just chill and enjoy a refreshing swim. Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses…..Summer or Winter there’s no excuse not to get the clubs out. For groceries you’ll find an accessible New World at Central Parade along with cafe's, bike shops and a slick city eatery. 10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded Bay Fair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema (opens December 2020). Bay Wave offers a fun day indoors in the largest pool in the Bay. Complete with wave machine, kiddies play pools and giant slide. Whatever you love to do you will be guaranteed to make fond and lasting memories here in in the marvellous Mount!
