Capturing all-day sun, Coastal Oasis is host to a spacious deck kitted out with a table and chairs, offering the kind of outdoor living that a holiday to the Bay of Plenty calls for. With a glimpse of the ocean in the distance, bring out your freshly prepared summer meal to enjoy alfresco.  
  
The open plan living, dining and kitchen space is light and airy and is complemented by glass sliding doors that bring the outside in, while comfortable furnishings and coastal decor set an idyllic scene.  
  
The second floor provides three well-appointed bedrooms, each with king-size beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. A fresh, modern bathroom and separate toilet complete this convenient set-up. Sky TV is available on the second floor.  
  
The ground floor comprises a studio-style accommodation - your hidden hideaway from the main dwelling. Self-contained with a kitchen and bathroom, this is the ideal couple's retreat.  
  
Take a break from the sun in the covered patio, while this generous site provides planting, greenery and the convenience of off-street parking.  
  
The golden sand and crystal clear waters of Papamoa Beach are just a one-minute walk away, while you'll find an array of cafes and restaurants within a 10-minute stroll.

This house fitted our requirements so well; 3 generations in the group and all were catered for. Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully equipped and plenty of room to spread out.
