This modern and relaxed holiday base enjoys ocean views and views of Motiti Island... kick back, relax, and soak up the sun! This 2 storey Papamoa holiday home enjoys bright and relaxed open plan living upstairs. With easy indoor/outdoor flow onto the spacious deck with a newly installed louvre roof, this is a great base for a Bay of Plenty getaway in summer or winter time. A rumpus room downstairs ensures everyone has their space, and provides additional sleeping when required. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs at this Papamoa accommodation. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a single bed plus a king single bed, and bedroom 3 includes a queen bed. Downstairs, the rumpus room includes a double sofa bed. This is a great option for 8 guests to enjoy a beach break... When you are not unwinding on the deck, there are 2 well maintained beach walkways right across the road, providing access to 17 km's of the most beautiful coastline in New Zealand.
