The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. "We had an amazing stay at the hotel, unfortunately only for 1 night. Will def come back again. We had a massage booked at the spa for 3 on the day of the arrival. We were late for almost an hour due to traffic, and they still waited for us to get the treatment. We had the chalet suite, it was very nice a cosy. Great beds. Comfortable bathroom and good shower. The breakfast was very good! The room has stairs… just FYI. "

"We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. "
