All spaces are fully private and secure, with no shared interiors. The pool and outdoor areas shared with other guest unless you book the entire 6BR house. \*\* AC in dining room is not available for use \*\*Garage parking and driveway parking \*\* A normal water swimming pool in the backyard \*\*The house is next to the neighbor's garden with no physical fence or divider. Kindly respect the boundary and avoid entering the neighbor's area Guest Access: Please treat the place as your home during the stay. You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes. Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm. Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use. Please ensure all the lights, heater, and AC are switched off when leaving. Please return the keys back to the lockbox upon checkout. Therefore, you will be charged for this penalty. NO PARTIES: Please do not make loud noise, because it may affect neighbours. Penalties may apply for party, room damage or messy room. you are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safely will be your responsibility. Self-Check In: The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date. LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the property, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
