No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and extremely comfortable ans even had a jacuzzi like tub in a corner of the room. Looking out the windows was such an incredible view with brilliant rose colored sunrises over the distant valleys. We go to Italy often and will stay here again. "
