Immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds "La Casetta di Biorca." The property is perched on a slope in a residential district, nestled along a wooded area and just 200 meters from a charming stream. The small yet meticulously maintained garden, spanning 100 square meters, is fenced and offers a delightful oasis with its lush lawn and vibrant flowerbeds. Relax and unwind in the outdoor seating area, complete with garden furniture, or fire up the barbecue for alfresco dining experiences.

The compact kitchenette is well-appointed with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and complimentary Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. You'll have access to a shower, bidet, and WC. The heating system includes wood heating and a boiler (65 liters). The floors are a combination of parquet and natural stone, adding to the rustic charm. Outside, you can enjoy a garden spanning 80 square meters with a south-facing position and a lush lawn. A barbecue and deck chairs (2) are provided for outdoor enjoyment. The property boasts a panoramic view of the mountains and the valley.
