We were the 6th couple to stay in this hotel which had opened the week before our arrival. We knew this when we booked, so expected teething problems. Hotel communal areas and our room were well finished and clean.
We did not expect the nuisance from the construction of another hotel just next to the swimming pool (working all day). We would not come back until this is finished.
Rooms: we had room n7 on the ground floor with a direct access to the swimming pool. The room was huge, biggest I'd ever stayed in, with large bed and a big flat screen tv. It was very clean. There was a terrace with a sunlounge.
Unfortunately, not very well soundproofed, we were woken up in the morning by contractors talking in the corridor and drilling holes.
Swimming pools: big main swimming pool which cascades into a smaller swinming pool. The pool accessible by the room is more like a stream.
Unfortunately, while we were there, none of the pool showers worked, and the pools had obviously been filled a while ago and were dirty with slimey surfaces (one pool was green!). It wasn't until we left that they started cleaning the main pool and managed to fix one of the pool showers.
Bar(s): Nice main bar with large seating spaces with an outdoor bit. It is also where we had breakfast, which was delicious and prepared by the bar staff as the main dining area was closed.
Bar prices are a bit expensive: 3€ for a beer or glass of wine.
There is a night sky bar and a pool bar, both were closed
