Magnificent studio in a recently built building. Bright, cozy, practical, and spotless, with modern décor and fully equipped. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the center and the beach, it’s ideal for a relaxing, stress-free holiday with all the comforts you need.  
  
Enjoy access to the rooftop pool during the season from April to October.  
  
Just 650 meters from the center, 550 meters from Los Lances beach, 300 meters from the bus station, 9 km from Valdevaqueros beach, and 13 km from Punta Paloma beach, among others.  
  
A pleasant walk from Iceberg Loft is a perfect starting point to explore local culture. You’re 400 meters from Puerta de Jerez, 700 meters from San Mateo Apóstol Church, 800 meters from Santa María Church, 600 meters from San Francisco de Asís Church, and 1 km from the Mirador de África.
