### 55 Livingtarifa Los 4 vientos

Completely renovated central apartment (2022), located about 5 minutes on foot from the historic center and another 5 minutes on foot to Playa de Los Lances.   
  
It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people (double bed, 2 singles), there is the possibility of an extra person on a sofa bed in the living room.   
  
From one of the bedrooms there is access to a large terrace furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a good meal or reading outdoors.   
  
The open plan kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, ceramic hob, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.   
  
It also has internet access (wifi), heating with electric radiators and air conditioning (only in the living room).
