The property is located inside a recently renovated historic building equipped with a lift. It is located in the city centre, just a few steps from all the city's tourist attractions (Aragonese Castle, MARTA Museum, swing bridge, navigable canal, old town, etc.) all easily reachable on foot. A few metres from the property there is a bus stop to reach other places in the city, including the coastal road to reach the beach facilities. Supermarket and other food shops within a radius of 50 metres. Shops, restaurants, gyms and all types of commercial activities easily reachable on foot.
The neighbourhood is the new village, the commercial and tourist heart of the city. The property is right in the city centre. The main tourist attractions of the city (Aragonese Castle, MARTA Museum, swing bridge, old town, etc.) are all easily reachable on foot. Buses to reach other places in the city, including the coastal road to reach the beach facilities, pass through the neighbourhood in the immediate vicinity of the property. The neighborhood has the highest concentration of shops, supermarkets, commercial activities, bars and restaurants in the city. It is also the most exclusive area for walking and recreational activities. The neighborhood is also equipped with pedestrian areas and cycle paths. The stations for renting bicycles and scooters are located in different areas of the neighborhood and in the immediate vicinity of the structure.
