The property is located on the edge of the village. The residence is popular thanks to the view from the grounds over the sea and its peaceful, sunny setting. For your exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, fire pit and dog kennel. Whether you want to relax or are looking for an action-packed time, our holiday homes are the ideal place for your holiday. Enjoy a few laps in the pool before breakfast and unwind in the evening on our spacious terrace with a glass of wine. Discover the breathtaking Istrian coastline with its beautiful beaches and enjoy the diverse cultural offerings in nearby Poreč or Novigrad, or take advantage of the numerous water sports and leisure activities and let yourself be spoiled by Istria’s excellent Mediterranean cuisine. The villa is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Here, in the middle of the small, picturesque Croatian village of Vabriga, we built two new holiday villas for you in 2018, to the best of our knowledge and belief, with everything that is part of a perfect holiday for us.
