Beautiful terraced house "Mika", 2 storeys. 300 m from the centre of Tar, 7 km from the centre of Novigrad, 11 km from the centre of Poreč, 3 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. Private: property 150 m2 (fenced). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, grocery 50 m, restaurant 150 m, café 100 m, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach 3.5 km pebble beach 3.5 km, shingle beach 3.5 km. Tennis 50 m, riding stable 5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 200 m. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 5.5 km. Please note: airfield 64 km from the property.  
2-room house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC.
