First of all, we would like to thank you for sharing your experience at our hotel. We are sincerely sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and would like to clarify some of the points raised in your review.We understand your frustration with the type of room you were assigned, but it was the room you have choosen when you have made the reservation in our hotel. Unfortunately, as you correctly stated, the room you booked did not have two separate beds and your request wasn’t confirmed because we didn’t receive any request through Expedia. Anyway, if it was mandatory to have two separated beds you could ask directly us sending an email. Upon your check-in, the hotel was fully booked and we were unable to offer you an upgrade to a room with twin beds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but please understand that room availability is subject to change and it is not always possible to accommodate all requests. We remind you that we discussed your reservation with the call center of the portal upon your check in where you made your reservation. The call center confirmed that the type of room you booked was correct and did not have two separate beds.Regarding the cleaning, we were not made aware of any problems during your stay. If you had experienced any shortcomings or imperfections, our staff would have been happy to intervene promptly to resolve the issue. Regarding the mold, we can assure you that the room is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for our guests. We would also like to point out that the towels provided to our guests are always clean and checked before assigning the rooms. If you had found towels that were not in perfect condition, we would have promptly replaced them.As for breakfast, we would like to point out that we offer a variety of yogurts, including plain ones. It is possible that during your stay some types may have been temporarily out of stock, but there were always different alternatives available. In addition, our buffet boasts a wide selection of breakfast items. We apologize if you did not find the options to your liking.Regarding umbrellas, we can confirm that our hotel has a limited number of umbrellas available to guests. Unfortunately, on the day of your request, these were temporarily out of stock due to high demand from other guests. We are sorry that your experience at our hotel was not positive.
