This place is a well kept secret. And I’m torn between letting everybody know about it or keeping it to myself. Lol! But the swimming pools were nice, staff is friendly and I love this place. If I ever come back to Cavite again I’m staying here. Again

A little consideration please...
The front desk people need retraining. A little consideration given to guests will give your business better reviews. I asked for a late check out at 1pm but was declined. We could see that there were no other people checking in for the last 4 days we were there and most rooms were empty except for the two rooms we occupied. The girl on duty February 8 2023 told me that they have back to back reservations. Whaaat?? We were the only guests there. She said the rooms we were occupying were the specific rooms the next guests requested. Whaaaat?? Out of the so many empty rooms in the resort rooms 306 and 307 were specifically requested by the next guests?? Poor excuse. I'm not that stupid ma'am. We were there for four nights. The rates are not that cheap, you know for an under maintained room costing Php4900 a night. The toilet seats, toilet door jambs are needing of repairs. The toilet lights blink when you turn on the hot shower and the hot water on the sink. The only good review I can give is to the service people who are very helpful and courteous specially those in the restaurant. We were overcharged but we didn't have much choice in Naic, Cavite. We were there to arrange for a relative's burial.We were willing to pay but didn't expect to be treated with lack of consideration.

Too many extra charges and accepted only cash!
No wifi connection, every little request was denied without having to pay extra. Requested for 2 beds, was charged over 1000 extra per head per night. Ad w hotels.com stated free complimentary breakfast was charged extra. Everything was cash only, I found very inconvenient. Last night before check out I asked the front desk if we were all set and owed zero bal said all set. Next morning upon check out when all was chaotic trying to make it to airport, was asked to pay over 3500 for room upgrade for asking for our room to have 2 twin beds. Should be part of general accommodation not extra. Restaurant was good food, again breakfast was extra not as advertised in hotels.com. Had guests to swim, was charged additional per person to swim at 250 pp plus required a cabana for 600 extra per family of 4. Super excessisive with extra charges, and did business transactions with CASH only, no Cards accepted which I found very inconvenient and somewhat shady.

The staff was undertrained(front desk) and the amenities advertised were nonexistent (except for the pools. It took 1-1/2 hours to get meal that I ordered. And then all of it wasn’t there. Later in the week I ordered a sprite, but was told that there were no drinks nor ice on the property. I had to ask for my room to be checked every day and once came back to the door open(fortunately nothing was missing) and once the staff left their supplies and master keys in the room. Won’t be returning!!

It could be better. The staff needs training to deal with guest. I wouldn’t recommend the food either. But if you prefer peace and quiet and to have a good sleep, that is the place.

web上の電話番号は変更になっているので繋がりません。どの部屋もテレビの受信感度が悪く、フリーズやブロックノイズがひどくてストレスになります。部屋の位置によってwifiが全く受信できません。新しい施設なので、きれいです。プールの透明度にやや難あり。

They couldn’t find my booking that I booked it to you, you didn’t pass it on or they are just lazy to look for it. Their staff needs training, can’t pay card only cash, even small business in Naic accept cards, why they don’t while they are a big business. So many vacant rooms and booked someone next to our room which is not sound proof that you hear everything. One breakfast served after one hour and 20 minutes. They served food dry, salad no dressing, rice no gravy or sauce or dip for fried fish, even calamansi and soy sauce will do. It is in the middle of nowhere and they don’t have a service car, no wonder very people stayed there. Not good value for money. I stayed there twice and not staying there again.

If your looking for the restaurant it's only open for breakfast and that was pretty good but for lunch and dinner its closed for the next two years and there is not much in the area for food so if you go bring your food Pools are fun

Used to be great
2nd time staying here. We were a group of 25 with 8 rooms. Service was good and we had clean rooms except there were ants on our bed and on the vanity area. Pools need to be cleaned and maintained. They also closed the restaurant area and convenient store so we ended up buying fast food outside for lunch and dinner which is a big hassle especially if you are ordering for 25 people. There is also a strong foul smell everywhere in the resort, I think it’s from the vacant farm lot around the area.

レストランではいつも1時間半くらいは待たされる。レストランは1カ所だけ 買い物もホテルから8km行かないと無い プールは大きくてファミリーには良い 目が痛くなる 目薬は必需品 チェックイン前にミネラルウオーターなどを用意しておくべきです。ジョリビーからデリバリー出来るのでホテルのレストランより安くて早い。

水意盎然的度假村
適合全家或一群朋友一起度假. 渡假村內有很多泳池還有滑水道. 房間內還算清潔但可惜沒有浴缸. 服務人員還算親切. 但渡假村是在主要道路內進去大約1公里. 晚上如果ˇ要外出吃飯比較不方便, 而且要注意馬路上有很多牛, 羊, 狗讓你大吃一驚的躺在路邊休息或吃草. 渡假村內到了晚上還有很多青蛙會在園內乘涼, 的確是一個非常親近大自然的度假村.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort is very nice but, hidden, and have a dark entrance at the gate especially at night. Mostly local people are the guest here and they don't follow the hotel rule #26 which is no loud music after 10 pm - 9 am. The staff doesn't make sure thus rules are followed. We had 4 sleepless nights, due to other guest screaming and running around till 2 am, then starts again at 6 am.

Nice Place But ...
The place looks amazing. However, a few points that needs improvements. First, there is nonroommservice past 8pm. Second, the place could use some cleaning up. Third, the hotel lobby and day use swimming pool are the same, so tou have a very crowded small lobby. Additional hotel staff are also needed

It was a great time with my family. I’m glad that we stayed at Aquamira. The hotel is nice, the pool especially the one in the middle (wave pool) needs to be cleaned well. The hotel frontdesk people are very accomodating although they would need a little training on how to verify booking inclusions. Initially they told me that breakfast is not included because I paid the discounted or lower room rate but they didnt realize that taxes and fees are totaled at the bottom part so it is still the regular rate that I paid. The hotel resto is ok in terms of food but time of last order is too early. Overall it was great!!

Pros: -Very modern and spacious rooms -Have a nice pool access for premiere rooms all located at d ground flr and poolview for deluxe located at d 2nd flr -staff are friendly and accommodating spcl mention to gina of front desk -unique pool set up like wave ball pool, lazy pool, slides and exclusive pools for guests -they have full basketball, volleyball courts -huge parking space - nearest restos around 10-15min travel by car Cons: -pool water was extremely cloudy in clusters a, b and c. Lots of floating leaves and dirt.. Really disgusting as u can really see d dirt in d water and feels itchy - not strict with proper swimming attire.. Most of d guest can wear shirt, sandos and shorts.. Not hygienic - they allow outsiders or day trips and bringing of foods.. Public areas tend to be very messy and crowded - no lifeguard on duty.. I just saw 1 staff seated and assisting guests using the slides - bfast served can be buffet ot plated depends on d no. of guests.. We were served buffet.. Consists of rice, 3 viands, soup, fruits and bread... Veggie soup was tasty and ok but viand are HARD tapa meat, sour adobo string beans and typical sausge.. Bfast needs a lot to be improve..

Poor front desk service.
It took us 2 hours waiting for their restaurant representative to get our order for dinner. No one came to serve us. We ate out for dinner. We called the front desk couple of times but no one reponded to serve what we need. Place was nice but the management needs to improve their service.

In the mitltle of nowhere.
Hvis vi ser bort fra at hotellet ligger langt ude på "savannen" er det et fint sted. Personalet var ikke helt oppe på servicedupperne, men det gik. Vi var der over en weekend, og de lokale kom og benyttede poolene som en slags vandland. Ellers et meget roligt og stille sted med god plads og mange pools.

Tha staff are accommodating yet one of our room is very dirty due to unusable comfort room. Once you flush the water in the toilet, it comes out all over the floor which is really disgusting. The website is not also updated. We paid for free breakfast meal yet when you reach the property, its not true. They are not offering any free breakfast meal in the booking. Also the website is not updated when it comes to the details of the facilities of the resort. The website has hidden charges and other charges which are not available in the resort especially on the meal.
