This is an ideal accommodation for two adults and one-two children who want to live in a peaceful setting with beautiful scenery and proximity to the beach, golf course, as well as restaurants and nightlife few kilometers. The apartment is located in the basement and has its own entrance. Its about 30 square meters is divided into living room, bedroom, kitchenette and toilet. Spacious bedroom with double bed 160 cm. Sofa bed in the living room of 120 cm.
Tenant is responsible for cleaning and use it's own linens.

Toplage ĂŒber dem SannĂ€sfjord

Ein großes, neues Haus mit Einfahrt und Parkplatz erwartet den Gast. Alle HĂ€user der Umgebung sind in den letzten Jahren in den SchĂ€ren entstanden. Sie heben sich deutlich von denen des ursprĂŒnglichen Fischerdorfes ab. Bei den Bewohnern scheint es Ă€hnlich zu sein, wie man uns im Ort erzĂ€hlte. Der Umgang "oben" ist sehr reserviert, teils ĂŒberheblich. Als ob man mit dem Nachbarn nichts zu tun haben will – in unserem Fall auch mit dem GĂ€sten. Herzlichkeit, wie wir sie aus Kungshamn kannten, wird man hier vergeblich suchen. Ein "Hej" der Gastgeber (Eltern) muss reichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Wir waren zu zweit, was okay war. Die Betten sind relativ weich. Im Bad ist alles vorhanden, außer Toilettenpapier, wenn man sonntags am Abend anreist. Wir hatten zum GlĂŒck was im Auto. Die KĂŒche ist sehr klein, reicht aber fĂŒr RĂŒhrei zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck. SpĂŒlen wird zur Herausforderung aufgrund des Platzmangels. Wohnzimmer und Essbereich sind absolut in Ordnung. Man ist ja schließlich auch nicht dort, um den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung zu verbringen. Die große Terrasse vor der Wohnung ist wirklich herrlich, solange die Sonne nicht "raufknallt" und der Wind nicht um die Ecken pfeift. Wir haben gegrillt, allerdings Aluschalen genutzt, denn der Grillrost war völlig verdreckt. Wir haben den zwar notdĂŒrftig gesĂ€ubert, aber doch lieber Aluschalen benutzt. Das geht nicht nur an die Besitzer, sondern auch an die Urlauber: Macht den Dreck wieder weg! MĂŒcken gibt es im Sommer satt, da unterm Schlafzimmerfenster außen ein Licht mjt Zeitschaltuhr ist, aber kein Fliegengitter am Fenster. Leider ist es das einzig zu öffnende Fenster. Alles in allem war es okay. Aber wir werden versuchen, beim nĂ€chsten Trip in diese Ecke woanders zu buchen. Die Gegend ist allerdings unschlagbar. Wunderschön und mit atemberaubenden Blick auf den Fjord, wenn man 150 Meter lĂ€uft. Sollte man auf jeden Fall.

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i SannÀs med solen och utflykter varje dag till FjÀllbacka, Hamburgsund/ö och Grebbestad. Vi borde i en ren och frÀsch lÀgenhet med egen terrass. Vi var tvÄ vuxna och en tonÄring, det hade varit trÄngt om vÄr andra tonÄring hÀngde med. Den Àr perfekt för tvÄ personer. OmrÄdet Àr ganska nytt med fina villor och en underbar utsikts plats precis runt hörnet. Familjen som Àger var mycket trevlig och hjÀlpsam! Vi kan varmt rekommendera denna boende!

Great vacation

I've just spent a beautiful week in this nice, clean apartment. It was a great time - the landlord is a nice, helpful guy and lives right above the holiday home with his family. The location is perfect for taking trips and going swimming. I'll come back someday :-)

Liten men naggande god.

LÀgenheten var helt perfekt för 2 personer. Allt som behövdes fanns och det var nÀra till allt. TyvÀrr var inte vÀdrets makter med oss sÄ uteplatsen kunde vi inte njuta av. Vi kan varmt rekommendera lÀgenheten.

Funktionale Ferienwohnung in einer interessanten Wohngegend mit wundervollem Ausblick

Diese Ferienwohnung ist klein, funktional und trotzdem sehr gemĂŒtlich. Selbst fĂŒr eine Familie mit 4 Personen wird es nicht zu eng. Das Objekt befindet sich in einer Wohngegend, in welcher jedes Haus einzigartig ist und auf beeindruckende und liebevolle Art und Weise in die Felslandschaft integriert wurde. 50m unterhalb und ca. 200m oberhalb befindet sich jeweils ein wundervoller Ausblick auf den Fjord. Besonders am Morgen und in der AbenddĂ€mmerung hat man das GefĂŒhl in eine unglaubliche Stille einzutauchen, was sehr beruhigend und heilsam ist. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und sagen herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter

Zwei wundervolle Wochen

Zwei wundervolle Wochen haben wir in der kleinen aber feinen Ferienwohnung in SannÀs verbracht. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, eine zauberhafte Umgebung und entspannende Ruhe haben dazu beigetragen, unseren Schwedenurlaub unvergesslich werden zu lassen. Sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung, ideal um abzuschalten und zu ,,entschleunigen". Ansonsten sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die entsprechenden SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten... in der nĂ€heren Umgebung zu erkunden. Und geht mal was kaputt hilft Rjkaard sofort.

TrÚs bon séjour

L'appartement de Rikard est trÚs propre, lumineux et trÚs bien équipé, dans un quartier calme à proximité de la plage de SannÀs. Le studio était trÚs pratique pour notre séjour en famille (avec 2 jeunes enfants), et la terrasse parfaite pour manger dehors. Les propriétaires ont été trÚs sympathiques et ont permis à nos enfants de jouer sur leur trampoline. Je conseille vivement ce logement, nous y reviendrions avec plaisir !
