In addition to a full suite of stainless steel appliances, guests will be set up for success with complimentary spices, pantry items, and cooking oil. On chilly evenings, relax in front of the living area's wood-burning fireplace with a mug of hot cider and your loved ones. Anyone with a competitive spirit will enjoy making use of the foosball table in the basement, which also features a bonus sitting area with a smart TV. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, partial air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival. Its very close to Camelback. We did think it was strange there is a grill and a wood burning fireplace but no smoking outside the property. One call out as there is only two allowed spots in front of the unit. If you have additional cars, there is an overflow lot in the development that you can drive to.
