Cozy, warm, and very inviting, this tastefully decorated and well-maintained townhome offers all the comforts of home for you and your guests. Watch skiers on the mountain during the day and the full mountain display of lights at night from the three sliding glass doors showing off their amazing views. From the well-equipped kitchen, to the wood-burning fireplace, to the many TVs and high speed internet access, this home is ready for a truly memorable vacation. A spacious and furnished deck, complete with a gas grill, is set for outdoor enjoyment – just bring the fun!

Less than a mile away, Camelback Mountain Resort features skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and zip-lining, as well as the Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark, voted 2019 USA Today’s #1 Indoor Waterpark! Grab a bite to eat at one of many local restaurants including Trails End Pub for hearty American grub and cocktails, or Berrelli’s Family Style Italian, both within a mile-and-a-half of this rental. And indulge in a little retail therapy at the nearby outlet shopping center, four miles east. The adventures never stop at Camelback!

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
The shared pool is not accessible.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This is a 'Single Family Unit'. The HOA's rules state: This rental unit shall be used and occupied and/or constructed for single-family residential purposes only and for no other purpose. ‘Single-family’ shall mean a group of one or more persons, related by blood or marriage, who maintain a common household”. No guests outside of the family will be permitted.

This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place is serene . The only issue that I encountered was that there was no clarity regarding parking rules . I didn’t know I had to park the car facing a certain direction even though the entire block was empty with only 2 cars, a ticket to as place on my car , not a good way to enjoy vacation especially if you are trying to run away from ticket infested NY state . HOA has rules that are so ambiguous to a vacationer trying to enjoy vacation .

Great, comfortable clean place to stay in a very safe neighborhood. The ad says it’s 7.62 miles from Pocono racetrack however it’s actually more like 16 miles and 33 minutes.

I really enjoy the location so convenient close to shopping , gas , supermarket. property was very quiet. But I think it needs a lot of updating. Bed makes noise , is not comfortable and living room recliner needs to be changed, kitchen utensils like knifes to prep food also needs to be changed .. the cleaning part also has to be addressed. property fee is so high is like if you were paying an extra day when you are actually not. other than that house was nice just need indeed lots of improvements and be cleaned more properly

Great house and even better location

The house was clean and stocked with anything that could make our stay more convenient. The layout is ideal as the common area is open and airy while the bedrooms are still nice and private. The roaring fireplace warmed us up after a couple cold days on the mountain. Speaking of the mountain, this property is the easiest drive possible to Camelback's parking lot. We'll stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Property overall was just great.. pans needs to be replaced got a nasty burn cooking. The mattress in master bedroom was horrible needs to be replaced! Also make it clearer to guest that you can’t use pool! We were really disappointed when found out day before coming no access to the pool! Overall it was a good experience 😊

Dangerous steps

While I liked the condo itself, the night I arrived there were no lights on and it was very dark. The first step down to the condo is much deeper than the other stairs. With no lights to guide me I mis-judged the depth, rolled my ankle and fell. My ankle swelled up and I could not ski with my family, which was the whole point of the trip. This trip was to celebrate my birthday and it was depressing to only watch my family ski and not be able to ski myself. To prevent future accidents like this I wrote to Vacasa to suggest that they put lights on a schedule where they turn on automatically at sunset. Vacasa did not reply to me. The lack of communication is very disappointing. Hopefully there is no long term damage to my ankle. If you stay at this property and arrive at night with no lights be sure to use the flashlight on your phone to light your way!

Great condo for family skiing/snowboarding getaway

Fabulous location (1 mile from Camelback Mountain), great condo. We rented this condo for 3 days for our family of four (our boys are 8 and 10). We skied and snowboarded and had a blast. The condo is clean and updated. It has a great layout and it worked perfectly for our needs. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Great 3 BR Townhouse!

Awesome location, less than 5 minutes from Camelback. Beautiful views of the mountain. Clean townhouse! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds! Many little amenities like games & a crockpot we didn’t expect but appreciated! Very easy check in/check out process.

Its quiet. the only issue was with the trash/garbage/reclycye items. Your cannot walk there and must load trash in your vehicle and drive to trash compactor. opening the door to dispose your trash is not easy. Also we were fine for parking incorrectly. We are seniors and first time using VRBO. (first impression.....welll...not happy being fined).

Very nice house

We were there for the beautiful fall foliage. And it was indeed beautiful. I was hoping for a better view from the condo - it wasn't quite as high up as I thought it would be, so there wasn't much view of the valley, and the view of Camelback Mountain was kind of blocked. Still when we had our morning coffee on the lovely deck, the view was still nice and peaceful. The house was very nicely upkept. Our bed was very comfy (although a little squeaky when moving around on it) and everything was clean. One note - we did specifically choose this place because it talked of having a wood-burning fireplace. Unfortunately, it did not have a wood supply. We discovered this the first morning, and called Vacasa about it. They said while there is no wood, we are alotted two Duraflame logs, and they said someone would bring that by later that day. But they did not do so. The next morning we went to the Vacasa realty office and we were able to pick up one log, but that was all they had at the time. They said they would bring another one by later that day. But they did not do so. We called again later, but never did get that second Duraflame log. So we just had the one fire with the one log. Disappointing. But we did indeed have a lovely little vacation, and despite some mild hiccups, we were very happy with the house, and would recommend it to others. (Also, we loved the 4000' zip line at the resort!)

Great Stay

My wife and I were nervous about this property only because it was recently taken over by a property management group and there weren't a lot of reviews. Man, am I glad we picked this place! Super clean, very clear instructions, and a great location. We chose tannersville because it seemed like a great spot for day trips to Jim Thorpe, Honesdale, Bushkill Falls and others. We were right. The neighborhood is also very safe, a lot of houses around. Not the best view during fall due to trees all around the back porch, but it was still nice. The only thing I will say negative is that the two upstairs beds were so loud when you barely moved that we actually slept downstairs in the extra bedroom. Not a huge deal, just not ideal. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Great Experience

Everything was excellent. The property was immaculately clean. House was warm and cozy. The only complaint, if you can call it that, was that the stairwell to the basement was difficult to manage.
