Ground Floor: Living/dining room: Freeview TV Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Zip And Link 2 x Single (2ft 6in) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Freeview TV Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Rear garden with patio, garden furniture and gas barbecue. 3 dogs welcome, must be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, there’s a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a kingsize bed upon request. The cottage boasts a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm. Two steps down from the front door, the living area opens to an open garden and a private patio, perfect for enjoying the stunning countryside views. Well-behave dogs are welcome, even horses are welcome by prior arrangement. The cottage is designed for relaxation after a day exploring the local attractions.
