« Poppy cottage is comfortable both inside and out. The owner was lovely . Loads of information on walks in the surrounding area. « Gym basic - just home kit really - but better than most hotel gyms despite that, and the pool was swimmable in early March despite not been up to the temp the owners aim for (but don't expect until April). Lovely property and location, was there for work but would return for holiday! »

« Everything has been carefully thought out. The location is peaceful and convenient and the host, Matthew, was super-helpful. The shower was great and there were beautiful quilts and tapestries. The rug in the main bedroom was to die for! It's worth mentioning (in case you're self-catering) that the fridge/freezer has changed from the one in the photos to a smaller one which fits neatly under the counter. Would be happy to stay there again. »

« I've stayed here for a couple of years in a row whilst attending a conference. The property is very comfortable and in a super quiet location with wonderful views over farmland. The only thing I'd say is there's one breakfast bowl but obviously a very minor gripe lol:) »
