Comfortable if a bit dated room and bathroom with no view. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Aircon did not work very well (temp could not be lowered) and windows did not open (safety measure) so it would have been hot if the weather was hotter. Breakfast was good. We found a parking space nearby in an old and very cramped parking hall. If you arrive by train, the hotel is just beside the train station. Also very close to Nokia Arena. There were long lines and quite a wait at check-in. We were not instructed about the breakfast or anything other really. The family room was very basic and a bit dated. The room was clean and had a minibar, ironing board and hairdryer. The breakfast room was quite small for the size of the hotel and many items had finished. The kitchen was obviously struggling to keep up with the demand. We left the hotel a bit disappointed.
