For a break from the sun, grab a spot on the plush sectional in the living room and kick back in the air-conditioning while streaming shows and movies in high-definition on the curved-screen smart TV. The kids will appreciate the Florida Aquarium Turtle Rehabilitation Center, a sanctuary for rescued turtles and a place providing an expansive look at aquatic wildlife. If you didn't get your fill there, try the Manatee Viewing Center to get a better look at the gentle giants of the sea. If you're willing to venture further, visit Busch Gardens about 20 miles away, or several theme parks, including Disney, about 80 miles away. Dock for boat use is not permitted. Guests may access the dock, but the boat and boat life are not accessible. Children require adult supervision. The dock is monitored by surveillance 24/7.
The boat dock lift is also unavailable.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with a security camera facing the dock and boat lift.
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
