The home had apparently flooded during the hurricanes and the flooring had been recently replaced. I noticed all the furniture is different from the online photos so maybe the furniture was damaged as well but everything int he home was beautiful and in great condition. Very nice furniture. Comfortable beds. Reclining sofas in the family room that we seriously wanted to take home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed the little dock, fishing from it at night and it was so peaceful to sit out there in the morning. We had a few family members over for my brother's 80th birthday and used the barbecue and it was a great place for the family to gather. The owner was extremely responsible to a minor issue we had.
